| A new rail interchange, South Liverpool Parkway, in South Liverpool at Allerton Station is on the main London to Liverpool Line but and also part of the Merseyrail system. The 80a bus (see above) links with the airport. At the moment, London trains do not stop at Parkway and it is necessary to go to Runcorn from Parkway, (all the London trains stop at Runcorn). Trains to Manchester, Warrington and Southport stop at Parkway. |
